Cholera Vaccination
While not common, cholera is a risk for Australians travelling overseas, and the diarrhoea it causes is often indistinguishable from severe travellers diarrhoea (though more serious). 
We used humor to draw attention to the importance of vaccinating against cholera by showing travelers unable to enjoy the holiday without the disruption of being tied to the toilet, a very real prospect for anyone who is not protected against diarrhoea caused by cholera.
